Energy saving and environmental protection
 
The heat exchanger design is carried out by using Aspen's HTFS software, and a turbulent flow strip is added to the heat exchange tube to enhance heat transfer, and the efficiency is high;
The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the pre-cooler 8~10°C is much better than that of similar products, which ensures the extremely low relative humidity of the outlet and eliminates nozzle condensation.
Since the pre-cooler recovers more than 90% of the cooling capacity, the load of the evaporator is effectively reduced, so that the energy consumption of the whole machine is only 85% of that of similar products.
The whole series of products adopt environmentally friendly refrigerants and comply with national environmental laws and regulations.
 
Multiple control options
 
The standard configuration is an instrument type with a fault alarm;
Can be selected according to user needs: single-chip, PLC, touch screen, etc.;
It can meet various communication requirements from RS485 I/O, Profibus, Modbus, to Ethernet connection.
