Energy saving and environmental protection
The heat exchanger design is carried out by using Aspen's HTFS software, and a turbulent flow strip is added to the heat exchange tube to enhance heat transfer, and the efficiency is high;
The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the pre-cooler 8～10°C is much better than that of similar products, which ensures the extremely low relative humidity of the outlet and eliminates nozzle condensation.
Since the pre-cooler recovers more than 90% of the cooling capacity, the load of the evaporator is effectively reduced, so that the energy consumption of the whole machine is only 85% of that of similar products.
The whole series of products adopt environmentally friendly refrigerants and comply with national environmental laws and regulations.
