Ingersoll Rand Compression Heat Regeneration Dryer (HOC)

With no heater, blower or compressed air loss and minimal pressure drop, the special dryer provides the lowest operating costs. The hot air exiting the compressor is transferred to the regeneration tower to remove moisture from the desiccant. The air cools as it passes through the heat exchanger, causing moisture to condense for separation by the separator. The air then flows through the drying tower where the remaining moisture is adsorbed by the desiccant to provide high quality, oil-free air.

The Ingersoll Rand HOC dryer is the most cost-effective way to protect air ducts, tools and expensive equipment. The microprocessor of the dryer is less than 150 watts per year, which is equivalent to a light bulb! Ad hoc components are specifically designed to minimize energy use. These include a stainless steel heat exchanger and a moisture separator in the first stage of air cooling to condense the condensate without loss of compressed air. Stripping and cooling cycles can also be used to limit temperature or dew point spikes.

product advantages:

Standard design pressure dew point is -40 ° C

long lasting

Environmentally friendly, activated alumina desiccant, this size uniform spherical desiccant works very well

Provide high quality compressed air

Low step-down design

Provide economical compressed air drying system solutions
